between Frames Retreat Ticket
Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a ticket for Between Frames (hereinafter referred to as the “Retreat”), hosted by Iris Hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Host”), attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the limited nature of this intimate retreat experience, no refunds will be issued after purchase for any reason, including schedule conflicts, travel delays, illness, emergencies, or personal circumstances.

However, attendees are welcome to privately resell or transfer their ticket to another photographer or artist if they are unable to attend. It is the attendee’s responsibility to coordinate the transfer and notify the hosts of the new attendee information before the retreat date.

If the retreat must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the hosts’ control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, travel restrictions, or emergencies, purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to rescheduling.

Retreat Experience & Participation
Between Frames is designed as an intimate, creative gathering focused on cinematic imagery, storytelling, atmosphere, artistic connection, and collaborative creation.
Attendees understand that schedules, locations, activities, and creative plans may shift slightly depending on weather, lighting conditions, venue limitations, timing, or other circumstances. The hosts reserve the right to make adjustments to the retreat itinerary as needed.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, transportation not included in the retreat, camera equipment, and personal belongings.

Attendees participate voluntarily and understand that portions of the retreat may involve walking, outdoor environments, urban locations, beaches, changing weather conditions, and other natural or public environments.

Liability Release
By attending Between Frames, attendees acknowledge and accept all personal responsibility and risk associated with participation in the retreat.

The hosts shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, theft, illness, personal property damage, or other unforeseen circumstance that may occur before, during, or after the retreat.

Attendees release and discharge the hosts from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat.

Image Usage & Creative Rights
Images created during the retreat are intended for portfolio use, personal websites, and social media sharing only.

Credit to Between Frames and the hosts is greatly appreciated whenever sharing work created during the retreat experience.

Attendees also grant permission for behind-the-scenes photographs or video clips that may include them to be used by the hosts for future retreat promotion, marketing, website content, and social media.

Conduct & Respect
Between Frames is intended to be a supportive, respectful, and creatively inspiring environment.
Attendees agree to treat fellow participants, models, hosts, venues, and shared spaces with kindness and professionalism. Disruptive, disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Agreement
By purchasing a ticket for Between Frames, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
