The Pacific Northwest is a great place to raise kids who love the outdoors and want to explore the world around them. Along with the stunning surrounding and natural allure, Portland is also known for its great food and restaurants, perfect for your family to spend some bonding time! There are a lot of great kid-friendly restaurants in Portland, Oregon that serve up delicious food and have a fun atmosphere that kids will definitely enjoy. Since I have many clients traveling Portland for family sessions. It will be wonderful family experience to make it a getaway trip. After having a photo session in Portland, it’s a great opportunity to stop by one of the kid-friendly restaurants to have a family dinner. Let’s explore a few fantastic options!

Laughing Planet is a fun, family-friendly restaurant in Portland, Oregon that has been a staple of the Portland food scene for years. The food is healthy, abundant, and not too pricey, which makes it an excellent option for families. And kids will love playing with the large array of plastic dinosaurs while they wait for their meals!

Grand Central Bakery is a great spot for a quick, delicious meal or a snack. They have sandwiches, soups, pastries, and more. The best part? There’s an entire room devoted to kids! With a kid-sized table, chairs, and bins of toys, you can take your little ones there for lunch or dessert without worrying about what kind of food they’re eating.

If you’re looking for a place to hang out with your child after school – or even if it’s just time for a quick bite on the run – you don’t have to sacrifice quality or comfort just because you are with your little ones. Grand Central Bakery has got you covered with delicious food and a kid-friendly atmosphere!

Mississippi Pizza is one of my favorite spots for a fun night out with the family. It’s located in North Portland and has a cool vibe that makes you feel like you’re hanging out with your friends – but it also has live entertainment every night! That means that no matter what day of the week it is, there will always be something fun going on at Mississippi Pizza.

La Provence Boulangerie & Patisserie is a wonderful place in Beaverton, Oregon if you are looking to spend some quality time for breakfast as a family. They also offer meals for lunch and dinner, along with fantastic baked goods and coffee for parents to recharge their batteries!

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a favorite of kids and parents alike, and it’s easy to see why. This kid-friendly restaurant in Portland, Oregon has an old-fashioned feel but also offers modern menu options like pasta dishes and pizzas. The food is delicious and affordable, so it’s no wonder that this place is always packed.

At Slappy Cakes, you get to cook your own pancakes at your table. There are all sorts of toppings available – from the classics like butter and syrup to more adventurous options like chocolate and peanut butter.

Slappy Cakes also serves full breakfasts and lunches with plenty of options for both children and adults. The restaurant has a fun, casual atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly.

Come to Portland Oregon for a family trip, get lost in scenic Pacific Northwest views, having a family photo session with your favorite portland family photographer, and have a wonderful dinner time at one of best kid-friendly restaurants in town!
